Managing Stress at Work: Mindfulness & Other Practical Skills

In a world where we’re constantly expected to be ‘on’, it’s no wonder we’re beginning to feel overwhelmed. We check our Instagram feeds as soon as we wake up and go to bed tagging our friends in memes that (apparently) can’t wait for the morning.

At this SheSays event, we’re taking things down a notch and talking about stress and mindfulness. How do we manage stress in our lives and take things just a bit slower in a world that’s going a million miles an hour?

Our incredible speaker is Dr Jo Mitchell and we think she’s pretty fab. Jo is a clinical psychologist and founder of The Mind Room, a Melbourne-based community of psychologists, wellbeing and performance specialists helping you live your best life. Jo loves helping professionals who are experiencing burnout or struggling to manage stress in their lives, which makes her perfect for the group of high-achieving ladies that is SheSays.

Join us for an intimate gathering as we find our zen and learn to better manage stress in our lives, particularly important as we enter the hectic festive season.
